Food Pantry

Our pantry has a wide variety of meats, produce, and other food products. While our food selection changes weekly, we are always stocked with a diverse and healthy selection of food. We also provide personal care supplies and baby products. This includes diapers! We’ll walk you through what options you have when you come in.

Our service range includes residents of the Coloma, Watervliet, and the Riverside-Hagar #6 school districts. Families can come in once a month and leave with bags of groceries.

Our mission is to serve those in need, and we understand that situations can be dire. That’s why we have an emergency protical for anyone outside of our service area. If you live outside the areas listed above and are in dire need, you can come in as a one-time courtesy to receive food for your household. We can refer you to other agencies in your area, as well.

Clothing Depot

Our pantry also has a clothing depot for visitors. Our selection ranges from infant to adult sizes. Families and individuals can come in more than once a month to receive clothing.

Our items come in from donations and is vetted, washed, and sorted in our depot. This includes childrens clothing and footwear. You'll also find linens and kitchenware.

You’ll be able to pick your own clothing, but certain articles are not guaranteed. Our clothing depot operates on a first-come, first served basis.

Reservations are recommended but not required unless you plan to come in on Monday.

Education

Not everything offer at Hope Resources is physical; we also hand out knowledge. We seek to not only provide for the community, but to give them the tools they need to improve quality of life. We do this by teaching classes and distributing educational material. This can include topics such as:

  • Cooking

  • Health and Nutrition

  • Sewing, crotcheting, and knitting

Available resources can change over time, so please keep an eye out for updates on our social media! For all other events check out the Events section of our website.
